Shipping & Returns accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery of the order. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:

  1. The customer must first send a request for acceptance of the return to
    b. The request is then confirmed by our customer service by e-mail who also issue a returns code.
    c. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code.
    d. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.
    e. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.
    f. A credit note or a refund is issued in the customer’s name to the value of the original purchase.

When returning the goods to us, you must take reasonable care of the goods. For example you may not remove sales tags or packaging before deciding to return the item/s.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods when the return of the item/s is a physical impossibility or where the goods cannot be restored in the same physical state as they were supplied.

All returns must be received in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after the returns period may not be credited back unless they were faulty.

No refunds will be made for carriage or post charges unless the item was inherently faulty upon receipt.
